Very Informative

I really enjoyed this book, the author seems to be well versed in this method of fasting and provides detailed information that anyone can easily follow. You will not only receive the benefit of weight loss but you can see a decrease in inflammation and an increase in your mental and heart health. I especially liked the recipes she provides. Worth a try!
