Fasting made practical and doable

I was made to hear about all the different kinds of methods of intermittent fasting. I had never heard of this idea until I listened to this book. This book is very informative and fifty woman over fifty going through a whole bunch of hormone changes this book in a gentle practical way can help you through that complex transition. It is well narrated and is designed to be a companion through that season. I learnt a lot about what my wife is going through and was tempted to tell her about it. I highly recommend this book if you want manageable ways to release more energy and to add healthy habits to your life through fasting explained a in practical manner.

Also great for women in their 40s

I am in my early 40s and already in perimenopause, so this audiobook was a great listen for me. Empowering, and helped answer so many of the questions I've had sat at the back of my mind in regards balancing hormones, improving my energy levels, and even how to implement fasting without having to spend hours and hours figuring it all out.

Highly recommend. I'm on Day 3 and feeling great.
