Awesome book

I just love these characters in this series. Each are so different but the honour, integrity and loyalty runs through everyone of them. Jake is no different. He’s everything you’d want in a partner. His fascination and admiration for Brynne was wonderful to watch as it evolved. The backstory is absolutely heartbreaking. It’s as with all her books that Ms Evans takes you on a wonderful journey with the characters. You live it with them, feel what they feel, the suspense keeps you hooked from the beginning. I look forward to each and every book this author writes . This is no different. What an amazing story. The narration as always was spot on. Totally enhanced the experience.
