Summary

It began with Eragon... It ends with Inheritance.

Not so very long ago, Eragon - Shadeslayer, Dragon Rider - was nothing more than a poor farm boy, and his dragon, Saphira, only a blue stone in the forest. Now, the fate of an entire civilization rests on their shoulders.

Long months of training and battle have brought victories and hope, but they have also brought heartbreaking loss. And still, the real battle lies ahead: they must confront Galbatorix. When they do, they will have to be strong enough to defeat him. And if they cannot, no one can. There will be no second chances.

The Rider and his dragon have come farther than anyone dared to hope. But can they topple the evil king and restore justice to Alagaësia? And if so, at what cost?

Love the book but reader missed sections

Whole sections missed. Specifically the change to the Riders pact Eragon changes with the Dwarves and Urgals.

Terrible Narration

only stuck with this as I wanted to complete the set. Dreadful accents by narrator unlike previous 3 books. Is it a PC attempt?

I enjoyed the story

The story was good had to listen as the last in the series. The only thing that I had issues with was the person narrating.
It was hard going , after having the same person for 3 books and then adding this one on the end did make it hard to listen to.

Loved it, so sad for the saga to come to an end

Loved it, so sad for the saga to come to an end. I'll miss the characters. It's a shame the film wasn't better made, the stories themselves are brilliant. Kerry Shale is also an excellent narrator and suited the books perfectly.

Good but very abridged.

This was a abr8dged version of the book. I personally recommend the other audio book of this book which is over 3 times the length. But if you want a shorter version, this is better.

Good story

Good story but with a change of narrator just ruins it. Should of kept with the original guy, he captured the characters character perfectly.
