Wow to just everything! 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is one of the best books I’ve ever listened to.
Jane is an extremely clever lady.
The relationships, connections, twists and turns, sadness, lies, joy, revenge and forgiveness all embedded in this brilliant story will keep me thinking of it for a long time.

I’m on a mission now to listen to all of Jane’s books!
I also thoroughly enjoyed I looked Away and I Made a Mistake which were also fantastic listens with commendable narrations 👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️

Plot Twister

Excellent Read/Listen I absolutely loved it, just when you think you know where it’s going a sentence has you saying hang on a minute and before you know it you’re seeing the story through different eyes

Lots of twist!

Great story line with different viewpoints and characters. Lots of twists which only come together at the end. Excellently read. Recommended

Absolutely superb story and narration

Thank goodness for Jane Corry! I was about to cancel my audible subscription because after years of listening to audio books I’ve got bored, and felt unable to find a story that gripped me or I found the narrator was irritating- or both!
Then I died on a Tuesday changed my mind completely 😀 The story has so many twists and turns, it’s fabulous to try and stay focused on whats around the next corner whilst unpicking what has just happened. The characters are believable and some are likeable but others not so. I absolutely loved this book and am about to start listening again as I’m sure I missed something the 1st time around!
It’s time to revisit all of Jane’s previous books for sure.

Disaster after disaster

Hard to engage with characters or plot with catastrophes befalling every person in any situation.
The plot was confusing which did not help making it engaging.

Not the best I’ve listened too.

I personally found the character Vanessa so frustratingly unlikable and the voice of her narrator didn’t help. I found listening to her chapters quite difficult.
The novel left me feeling flat.
Overall I feel it was badly written.
