This is a great book to teach your children self-respect. I particularly liked Chapter 7, Practice Sympathy.

Helpful guide with Practical Tips!
Raising Kids has been made easier with the guides in this book for parents to instil these values into kids. The book guides parents on how to go about investing values and character in younger ones to respect people around them, and there are many lessons here in the book that will help kids with self-respect.

Great lessons to learn!
I got this book to share with my 2 kids. I wanted to listen to it before sharing.
I must say, the lessons are simple yet powerful and I as an adult still struggle to remember to 'treat my mistakes with kindness' as I am my own worst critic!
I can't wait to share this book with my kids as I'm sure there a few lessons they need to hear and remember especially things like 'not comparing yourself to others'.
Great book!!

Something sorely needed these days
This book is packed full of great advice for enabling your children for the big wide world. The only downside, I thought the narration could be better, but the storyline still packed a punch.

Hard to listen to
I found the narrator spoke so slowly that it was hard to follow and keep engaged. I also felt that the words weren’t relatable for a 5-10 year old. Talked about mobile phones at one point which most kids don’t get access to till 9+ was surprised by the 5/5 reviews to be honest.
