I'm grateful
I’m a chronic pain sufferer after a failed spinal surgery. At 5am one morning, I was so tired, I could have cried after not sleeping for a couple of nights. this made me more awake it just repeats the same thing over and over . and the breathing exercise made me feel like I was going on a run
