Very Disappointing- Mostly music, 10 mins speaking

Is there anything you would change about this book?

The advertising says that you can listen to the reader's voice and it'll relax you and put to you to sleep. I don't know how as she only talks for the first 5 minutes. If you're wide awake, that's not long enough to fall asleep. I end up just getting frustrated and having to listen to something else instead - disappointing as they only needed her to speak for another 15-20 mins.

Also, she only speaks for a further 5 mintues in the middle of book, and there's no wake count as advertised. So all you get in total for the entire 8 hours is 10 minutes of her talking and 7.5 hours of music. Not what's advertised at all.

Plus, I don't know how 5 minutes of talking in the middle (of which most of it is about being relaxed which seems pointless as you're asleep, and not about changing your thoughts) can make a difference.

Very, very disappointing. I was expecting more, and to be honest, how much extra would it have cost them to have the reader speaking for a bit longer throughout?
