loved this book

At first I thought this was the same as the previous book however this book went into more detail and is aimed for older children, still with helpful tips for all ages though.
I found it all pretty easy to put into practice and as a result we are a happier household.

Brilliant book describing a better way for parients to relate to their children.

great ideas on how to communicate more effectively with children. well structured book that helps you work through ways to improve each interaction
