Create Healthy Self-Awareness
One of the hardest realizations I had to come to in recent years was that although I always saw myself as a good guy and other people would tell me I was a good guy, many of my habits with my friends and loved ones were actually pretty unhealthy and unfair to them. It was a hard thing to accept, but an important step in changing. If you are like me, you may also be struggling with figuring out how to make that change. This book is a great place to start and will help you grow your self-awareness and realize the small changes you can make that will help people feel safer around you and lead to more meaningful connections.

Transform Toxic Behavior
This audiobook is a clear and actionable guide on how to beat toxic patterns and cultivate healthier relationships. The most striking feature is its practical approach toward self-awareness, offering techniques to recognize and change harmful behaviors. The emphasis on setting boundaries without guilt is especially valuable; it provides tools for protecting one's emotional well-being. While the exercises and examples are helpful, deeper exploration of some of the more complex topics—such as gaslighting—may be warranted for some listeners. Overall, this is a well-structured audiobook that helps listeners improve their emotional intelligence to develop better relationships. Recommended for personal growth and self-improvement.
