The best of British
It is interesting to hear about attitude of businesses with long history. Over the various examples, it provides with many ideas on how to set the idea of outperformance as a norm.

Thought provoking
I listened to all of them and liked the way the author has weaved the stories together. The coach - Paul - is utterly brilliant. So insightful. My favourite episodes are: Eton College (it's a different world); listening to actress Juliet Stevenson in the RADA episode talking about the late Alan Rickman and Michael Palin in the Royal Geographical Society episode. If you want a masterclass on teamwork listen to the The British Rowing episode . I have picked up some wisdom in some form from every episode. Well done!

Insightful and skillfully producted
A laser sharp insight into what makes great organisations great with practical tips to use in real life. One of the best podcasts I've heard in a long time! Would LOVE the series to continue!

Informative insights
The case studies were interesting, the speakers were influential and the overall content was very relevant. However, I found the information was presented in a fairly academic manner, which made it appear unlikely that the average person could ever aspire to the levels of achievement discussed. It is always nice to hear about someone who has started from the ground up, such as Sir Richard Branson, as it helps to overcome any perceived barriers to entry.

Brilliant case studies
While these are old British institutions there is a lot to learn from these institutions. The only quibble I have is that a For Profit institution driven by the Stock market or Investors behaves differently from a nonprofit institution

Good but could be much better
Really fascinating stories, but too obviously formulaic. Each episode includes the same intro to the series, which is a waste of time that could have been used to provide more depth or colour to the case studies.

Insightgful
Love the British Rowing Team Episode; Takeaway from the Eton Episode - we are not good because we are old, we are old because we are good.
