A random one but great
A random book for me, thought I would take a chance - very very surprised by just how good this was, surprised more people are not talking about it. Listened to it on my commute to and from work all last week and just helped me feel better about the day and deal with all issues that came up in a more calm, adult, CONTROLLED way.

Very different
Very different from what I expected here but in the best possible way. Had planned to only listen to the first bit and then a little a day but ended up diving in and completing it in two days, couldn't get enough!

Surprised by the impact it had on me
I did not expect this book to have such an impact on me. It thought me to be kinder to myself and not allow myself to follow spiralling negative thpughts.
I have always had high standards for myself and considered my goals reasonable but id beat myself up anyway even if I put in a lot of work.
i listened to it twice and took notes and nIm feeling happier and more in control since I finished it.

This was the one.
Its been a while since I got this but just gave it the second list. Being blunt I liked it the first time but weans blown away but listening to it all again it just sort of *clicked* with me and realised how powerful the material is.

I am seeing positive changes.

Don't live in the past or the future
Don't live in the past or the future. Easy advice eh? hard to implement? Well it was for me until I followed the advice here and now, although I am not perfect, I am seeing a significant and lasting change.
