just a wonderful set of stories
Very satisfying end to the saga. Narration is brilliant, as always. Story tone more serious than the first few books... but then the end of the world is a serious matter, isn't it?

The Perfect Culmination
I don't know if Cressida Cowell had this in mind when she first started her stories but it has certainly turned out perfectly. I think more than it speaks to her talent as a writer that everything she wrote about in Hiccup's world pointed to the same over-arching themes. While I may have started listening to these books because my children were interested in them, I have actually gone back and listened to all of them on my own because I didn't want to miss anything. David Tennant, as always, is truly superb.

Incredible job on this one
Awesome I loved this very heartwarming sad that furious died as he just became good king hiccup forever!!!!!!!!! finally Alvin is dead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW!!!!!!
A marvelous series of books with excellent vocabulary and the different voices are amazing I will never know how David Tenant does it!! The books are very entering and inventive I love how all the different characters have there own personality and gifts .The whole set of books is wonderful I don't know how else to describe it just WOW!!

Amazing final!
First of all, David Tennant is my favourite audiobook reader and he has done this series in the most fabulous way. And the books are written so funny and expressive that it just makes a wonderful combination. I have been listening to the individual books of this series multiple times and now with this final books it's my absolute favourite series to introduce to new audiobooks listeners. Many thanks for the wonderful work!

Amazing book
A perfect, flawless book. Two treacherous villains, impossibly imaginative characters, an exciting plot, and a touching ending. Do check out the film too! A masterpiece... my 30 year old cousin loves it
