perfect bliss
finding mindfulness within daily activities especially one as essential as eating is important as I knew I was a terrible eater for a list of reasons I'm sure I share with the vast population! Eating on the go, eating fast food, working whilst eating and all that jazz! I knew it was important to fix this so I sort a solution in this amazing body of work! it's audible/print bliss; a piece of serenity! It obviously did the trick, I now have the solutions; it's just down to me to remember to practice them!!! Highly recommended!!!
