Summary
What if there is an infinite number of universes, all existing simultaneously?
What if we are traveling through these universes all the time without realizing it?
What if the answers to all your problems and all the world’s problems already exist in other universes?
And…what if you could learn to consciously travel to these better universes at will?
How to Change Your Universe ties quantum physics and metaphysics together to present a massive paradigm shift in the way we view the world.
While the ideas in this book are decades away from being accepted into mainstream consciousness, the concepts are grounded in cutting-edge physics. The tools presented are practical and simple, and can have a profound effect on every aspect of your life.

Hated the first half, loved the second half!
Wow. Where do I start? The idea that there are multiple universes and that we can time travel between them is too weird for me. I’m not saying it’s not true but I’m not ready to want it to be true. I was attracted to this book because I’d read Jon’s other books on visualisation and thought it would be an expansion of that, which it was in one sense but it wasn’t in the way I was expecting. I struggled through the first half almost giving up but once he got onto the subject of changing your vibration through meditation, visualisation and other methods I was quite fascinated. I’ve been wondering what Jon had been doing with his time since the success of his previous books and now I know. The stuff he talks about echos what a lot of other people who meditate or who believe in the law or attraction etc say but this is the first time I’ve heard it being attributed to us time travelling. Despite the fact I can’t wrap my head around the possibility of multiple universes (and the face I fact the first half of the book), I would still give it 5 stars because I appreciate the explanation and the tools he suggests to help you live a better life.
