You don't need to be university educated, have money, be creative, or even have an idea to get rich. You just need to be willing to break the rules.
How to be a Capitalist Without Any Capital will teach you how to be a modern opportunist - investor, entrepreneur, or side hustler - by breaking these four golden rules of the old guard:
1. FOCUS ON ONE SKILL. Wrong. In today's business world, success goes to the multitaskers.
2. BE UNIQUE. Wrong. The way to get rich is not by launching a new idea but by aggressively copying others and then adding your own twist.
3. FOCUS ON ONE GOAL. Wrong. Focus instead on creating a system to produce the outcome you want, not just once, but over and over again.
4. APPEAL TO THE MASSES. Wrong. The masses are broke. Let others cut a trail through the jungle so you can peacefully walk in and capitalize on their hard work.
Reject these outdated rules and follow Nathan Latka's practical tips and guidance on a journey to set up your own start-up and stand out from the crowd. You'll soon be reaping the rewards.

A Great Thought Provoking Listen
I have to re-listen to get the full gist of this book. it's full of so many golden nuggets and great action taking advise. One listen through doesn't do it the justice it deserves. Congratulations to you Nate, I applaud this master piece.

Almost no actionable advice despite the build-up
Where do I even start?
I bought the book because I've been listening to Nathan Latka's podcast and I liked how he pushes his guests to disclose details. Because of that, I assumed that the book would be filled with actionable advice, but I was wrong.
The book seems to be written by Tai Lopez, Robert Greene and Gary Vaynerchuk. I know a few people that would find his unapologetic attitude to making money quite appealing, but in my case, if anything, it only convinced me not to trust Nathan Latka...
The book has loads of good reviews which I suppose it is due to Nathan Latka's marketing skills or abilities to generate positive reviews (credit where credit is due); therefore it's hard to leave a negative review without coming across as a hater so I'll have to give a couple of examples:
1. buy property with no money down - on this one, the trick is to ask relatives that have $100k laying around to lend you the money and give them more return than a bank or a mutual fund. Thanks Nathan.
2. get a free Rolls Royce - Nathan mentions a few times in the book that he'll teach us how to get a $350k Rolls Royce for free. When it comes to revealing the trick, it turns out that you can only borrow it for a day from your local luxury car rental company, if you have an Instagram account and give them a few shoutouts. You can use the same trick to get free stays in hotels. Never mind that this is one of the sleaziest things that 'influencers' do and everyone hates it.
