Super Informative Book for Women
I recently got this audiobook for my wife who was beginning to struggle through the early symptoms of menopause, and she loved absolutely loved it. She is traditionally a very cold sleeper and needs the heat up high and a heavy down blanket to stay warm. Suddenly, she began waking up soaking wet in sweat and was very confused what was going on with her. a friend clued her in that she should start learning about menopause. She is very thankful that I sent her this audiobook. She learned so much from this book. She learned not only how to handle night sweats and hot flashes, but she learned all about taking care of her emotional well-being, maintaining the proper level of energy, and even learned so much about hormonal therapy and the optimum diet for keeping her hormones balanced and in check. She said she will be definitely recommending this to her friends.

Informative!
I found a ton of new information mostly about HRT that was interesting to hear. The chapter on diet anf lifestyles were great, and I wish they had been longer. There was a lot of info about the changes happening to the body though so I'll be more prepared when that time comes!
