Straighforward and clear
The author gives straight-up, honest advice and strategies from his years of experience. I like it when an author does this: he just gets to it and shares one after another after another piece of good advice in a clear and honest way. I feel that many audiobooks lack substance, but this one is good. There's a lot in here that you can keep referring back to. For example, personality types. Adjusting your approach depending on the person you are selling to.
