Rehearse in Your Mind

I'm a competitive tennis player and I get a little mental when I play singles. Doubles, not so much. Ultimately, my favorite chapter of the book was focusing on mental imagery and visualization. Perfect rehearsal in the mind does create a subconscious skill. Creating a natural auto-pilot skill when you get on the court. This alone was worth listening to this book, and there were many other tidbits that will help your game as well. Highly recommend.

9 Amazing Principles For Peak Performance!

In this beautifully produced audiobook, the narrator shares 9 principles for achieving peak performance as an athlete (it's all in the mind!).

I particularly enjoyed the strategies for mental rehearsals and imagining the ideal outcome. This information is extremely powerful and can be used by anybody in "high stakes" situations - business leaders, athletes, musicians, or even just regular working people who want to strengthen their mind and achieve flow state - Highly Recommend!

Skill & Team work

We all know how good we feel if we get a great guide for sports and we enjoy it even more. The audio book makes me think that how blessed we are with all the super thoughts and perfect mind. Their's all the necessary strategies which an athlete will love to listen. I felt so happy after listening to the idea of team work, since it helps us reach the sky and achieve whatever we want to. Amazing book!

The audiobook is great for sport lovers. The book contains a lot of information about how to build a great team and support each other. I learnt about the effective teamwork and what benefits are. The book is well written and good to listen as well. I would highly recommend it.

Great for Athletes

This is a great listen for any athlete no matter their ability or desire. The book discusses those of us who play for recreation and those of us aspiring to become more. Yes, physical training and diet play a big role, but there is also a mindset shift that needs to happen. A lot of people forget about that and it is legit so important. This audiobook is great for the athlete but also a coach or perhaps trainer (really anyone in that realm.)

Great for athletes!

This audiobook is incredible for anyone who wants to take their game to the next level. We often think we can't do more then what we are currently doing as athletes but the author clearly explains how you mind can take you to new heights which is what I try to do every day. Make sure to listen to all 9 principles!
