About this listen

"If there's one thing I know, it's crazy. A lot of people have called me crazy. Crazy Kristen! For a while there, it was practically my name. Women all over the world get called crazy every day. But we weren’t born crazy — we were made crazy.”

Unpacking the ups and downs of Kristen’s laugh-out-loud funny, sometimes cringe-worthy dating history, He’s Making You Crazy will hold your hand through deep self-reflection — while giving you that push to put on your detective’s hat and hack your man’s email account if you need to. From trapping your boyfriend in ridiculous lies to gathering all your crush’s security question answers on the first date, Kristen shares her no-holds-barred, hysterically funny, and hard-earned advice on men, love, and modern dating.

He’s Making You Crazy will give you the motivation you need to get out of an unhealthy relationship (the one that’s making you crazy!), the wisdom to step up and admit when you’re the one in the wrong, and the courage to keep your heart open through it all.

Not really a self help book, more of a dating biography

I listened to this to get some good tips and tricks but instead it was just the story of her dating life.

She told it brilliantly and there were parts I could identify with, but overall it was a very frothy, attractive girl who actually had some kind of confidence at some point. I feel like I’m a classic target audience member - low self esteem, forever single and wanting advice. I actually felt like I’d missed out and even more like I was doing it wrong.

The journey didn’t really resonate with me but it was an interesting listen.

Kristen's dry wit and self awareness is amazing

Loved this, however for Vanderpump Rules fans there's very little meat on the bone in terms of Kristens internal thoughts and journey which was fascinating to watch on the show, but not covered in any true depth in this. Feel like this was a really nice and light take on some very dark times in Kristens life that in truth deserved a different book altogether. Not mad at this though, was a good listen.
