I have no idea how this helped, but it did!
After several says of intolerable pain when my sidekick cat was cruelly run over, I was desperate for something, anything that might help ease the agony of my grief. I also needed a good night's sleep so stumbled across this and pretty much thought what harm could it do, let's give it ago. I was asleep within a couple of minutes so have no idea what was in it. However, I had a good, long night sleep and found that something had shifted a little the next day. I could look at pictures with fondness not pain. Will be replaying this and may try others in the series as there's clearly something in there that does what it says on the cover. Thank you to whoever made them.
