Finally, a Guide That Makes Sense
I've read a lot about healing, but this book actually helped me do the work. It explained why I keep repeating the same toxic patterns and, more importantly, how to break them. The exercises were simple but powerful-I had some real "aha" moments. It didn't feel like empty self-help talk; it felt real and practical. If you've ever felt stuck in old wounds but weren't sure how to move forward, this is the book you need.
