Great Book
This is a book that does what the title says - it teaches you how to heal yourself. It is a systematic approach to bringing healing to your body through targeted testing and working on healing in a way that is supportive and gentle on the body, so that at all times your body can be in an optimum healing state (imperative to achieve full healing and recovery). I have worked with Sandi and have experienced such a positive response through her unique way of targeted testing and whole body approach that I am well on my way to recovery from chronic fatigue, migraines and a whole host of other things. I really appreciate the calm voice of the recording especially with the numerous mediations written in the book. I highly recommend this book for anyone on their heeling journey.
