Very helpful, I re-listened to some chapters
Very good, I have some family coming to visit soon and I always find I just move it all (my rubbish and every day things, some of which I do not even use or look at any more, they are just there!) and hide from one place to another whilst they visit then it all goes back to how it was ..... but this book was so much better in helping me to break it down to room by room but more importantly why do I leave it each time to build up and then it feels all too much yet again. Quite liberating when you finally tune into what it is you really do need to do. Highly recommend.
