An informative and easy to follow guide
I have personally never tried meditation before but due to I'll health and a variety of medications I have been suffering from insomnia. My usual routine is to leave the tv on until i drop off so i thought what is the harm in trying something completely different. The book is very easy and straight forward to follow and the narrator has a calming voice. The techniques are very good and for the couple of nights I have followed them I have had a more restful night. whether this is through the book or fluke we will see but I'm very happy so far. the book is of a good length not too long . I was given this book by the author/narrator in return for an honest and unbiased review
