A worthy piece of work

Very Insightful. Provides unique history of management gurus and their work. This is worth studying by every management theorist and practitioner.

Just a glossary

This is a reference book and it doesn't make for good listening. The first part is a glossary of management terms, most of which are really basic. The second part consists of very brief outlines of the life and works of prominent gurus.
