Fantastic book

Great book. It gives a detailed structure to communication. I pride myself in being an excellent communicator but any little always helps.

Booooring

I got his audiobook because as a contractor I'm looking for a new job every year and thought it might contain good advice for tackling tough questions in interviews (and of course at work).
Chapter 2 was just a story about some guy selling coin machines and how he did it?
Boring and useless for my line of work.
Only got to half way through chapter 3.

long stories to explain things. too much waffle.

took too long to get to the point. I had switched off by the time he made any of his key messages
