Summary
When your family has one world-changing, dark secret to hide - you assume it’s the only one.
Vexa’s life has always been a bit unconventional, but things have recently taken a sharp right toward the ridiculous. Aethon, her 600-year-old ancestor, has the candle. Vexa's power is bound to it, and though she survived, no one knows when he'll show up again to try and break the bond.
With the help of rival necromancer Cole, Vexa races to master the powers she's suppressed most of her life. Abrasive and enigmatic, Cole makes her heart race for more than one reason.
But Ethan, the gorgeous werewolf who helped her defeat Aethon initially, is in trouble. His curse is progressing faster than ever, making it more difficult to control his transformations to the monster he becomes when the Wolf takes over.
Stop Aethon. Reclaim the candle. Save Ethan. Can she do it all?
The second installment in the How to Be a Necromancer series, a reverse-harem romance from D. D. Miers and Graceley Knox, authors of the best-selling Kresova Vampire Harems series.

Debt
Krys Janae did a wonderful job of narration, she did an outstanding job with the narration, bringing the story and the characters to life.
Surprise, emotions all over the place, new friendships and new enemies. Unexpected twists.
Fast-paced, engaging and unexpected twist and turns kept me thoroughly engrossed.
There was plenty of steamy, romantic tension between Vexa and Ethan, and it only increased when rival necromancer Cole is thrown into the mix.

Entertaining
I really enjoyed listening to this book, it was entertaining and addictive, some great plot twists and compelling characters. There was plenty of steamy, romantic tension between Vexa and Ethan, and it only increased when rival necromancer Cole is thrown into the mix, I can't wait for the next book to find out whats next for the trio. The narration by Krys Janae was wonderful and expressive. I received this book in exchange for my honest review.

Wow
This one has the pace picking up, the relationship picking up and the whole story picking up speed. I love to do things around the house while listening to audiobooks. Some times I find one that I can not stop listening to and have to stop what i am doing to just listen. This was one of them. I’m loving the way the relationships are progressing and also the personal development of the characters. Fantastic work

Fast-paced & Entertaining!
Grave Debt is the fantastic follow-up to the first book in the How to Be a Necromancer series. The story is an excellently written urban fantasy romance, easy to follow, fast-paced, engaging with loads unexpected twist and turn; it kept me thoroughly engrossed. I really enjoying the creative world-building, diverse supernatural elements, and highly appealing characters. Grave Debt is an entertaining listen, constantly moving forward with something juicy grabbing the attention, romance, steam, tensions, rivalry, action, and so much more.
Krys Janae was fantastic; she did an outstanding job with the narration, bringing the story and the characters to life. This was definitely an enjoyable audiobook, one I'll recommend.

Increase of Pace....here we go
Book 2 picks up where we left off in book one (this is a series! cliffhanger alert!). You're still going to get the part where you get an explanation of the previous book but just keep listening. I enjoyed the story. As always, the narrator is what takes this story to the next level. She doesn't "read" the story to you. She tries to add emotion. Her tempo in telling the story is even and keeps you engaged. On to book 3!
