Summary
Lord of the Underworld, Hades, has decided to leave his home and relocate to earth - my hometown of Chicago, to be exact.
This shouldn't have been a problem, except for the fact that cocky Hades is smexy-hot. I don't know if I want to punch him in the face or jump his bones. In some of my dreams, I'm doing both at the same time.
This is problematic because I've trained my whole life to eliminate monsters sent by the Gods to destroy humans...and for centuries, my family has done everything in its power to stop them. But now I'm the last in my bloodline and a new threat stalks the streets.
Death. And he's leaving bodies in his wake.
Since Hades refuses to regain power over the beast, I'm left to clean up the mess.
But it turns out I won't have to do it alone. More gods come crashing into my life...and into my heart...warriors who are determined to claim me. Apollo, with his bright, intense love; Poseidon, the sea god, whose cool touch calms my inner darkness; then the brooding war god, Ares, with his fire and passion. And lastly, there's still Hades, who fills my dreams with lust and desire. And he has no intention of sharing me.
Except I don't have time to play with the gods; I have a monster to catch. If I fail, I may lose not only my humanity, but also the gods I've grown to love.
This complete paranormal romance series offers scorching-hot, addictive stories that will leave you breathless and begging for you more!
These full-length novels are mythology-based fantasy romances that feature a monster-slaying heroine and her hot Greek gods. Be prepared for heart-thumping fights, steamy love, magic, prophecies, mythical creatures, fantasy, paranormal and mythology legends, and a hell of a lot of Hades!

Fantastic, addictive, I need book 4!
These books were amazing, I couldn't stop once I started this boxset (20 hrs - I did in 33 hrs!), I was hopelessly addicted. I loved Elise's determination to keep her promise to her father, despite longing for a different life and losing herself. Hearing Apollo, Poseidon & Aries' stories was fantastic, but Hades was quite a jerk - talk about disfunctional families! Persephony had just as much to complain about, I thought she and Elise were going to get together for a girls night out - wouldn't that be a great twist, they could cheer Katina up! I had a lot of fun listening to this, a few anger issues (Hades!) and tears, and an amazing cast of narrators to bring it all to life! And I guess despite Hades being a jerk, I need to know his story too, sigh, I really can't wait for the nest book!

Good story, let down by bad narrators
The story is great, nice to have something different but I do feel for the author here as she has been massively let down by the narration.
The main narrator drastically overacts which is most exhausting, the Hades narrator regularly reads lines that are not his, but rather than cut them, whoever put this recording together has played one on top of the other causing much confusion. Persephone comes in at a far greater volume than everyone else, which when listening through headphones is really not fun.
Had I not been enjoying the story I would have returned this in a heartbeat.

I can't finish it.
I've been listening to this book on and off for about 2 weeks and I'm really struggling to finish it. I don't know what it is but I can't get into the story at all. It has serious potential as some parts are amazingly done but as a whole, it's just ok.

Awesome!
This is a fantastic boxset, three wonderfully written audiobooks in one. I absolutely loved it! The premise is brilliant and utterly engaging, composed of Greek mythology, light vs. dark. I loved how Mila Young characterized the ancient God, allowing for the readers/listers to connect with them. The romance element is amazingly done, very tasteful, passionate, and sensual.
Incredible narration. All the performances were outstanding, they literally brought the characters and the entire story to life. I thoroughly enjoyed this audiobook, and recommend it to those who enjoy fantasy/paranormal romance.

She is just a cum dump
No real story, just an excuse for the author to vent their sexual frustrations. Boring

Gods and Monsters
What could be better than to get the whole series all in one place. Elyse really struggles with the desire that she feels for so many gods, especially when she is supposed to defeat them. There is definitely a struggle and family drama between all of these but it is great seeing how everything wraps up in the end. I enjoyed listening to this series with both the writing and so many great narrators.

Awful and boring
The whole purpose of this book is hot sex with ‘gods’. Every other plot line is weak, insufficient and rather boring. The key to the problem with X was given early in the first book by the witches and the bloody idiots couldn’t even wrap it up in this box set. I suppose there is another book coming (Hades is Mine??) but if it can’t be wrapped up in three books I have little hope for its sequel(s). Plus the whole idea of a box set was to have a complete story in one place, whilst I don’t mind splitting sets there should have been some indication that this was the case. It was a little confusing when book three ended without resolution. There is just one opponent and four gods and their badass paramour can’t defeat them. This isn’t some epic quest with numerous challenges, it’s one evil dude and the key to defeat him was provided early on.
The use of American colloquialism and idioms was distracting and unimaginative. These are supposed to be centuries old Greek gods and they talk like a bunch of high schoolers. Also, I don’t generally mind swearing but the F-word is used so frequently it becomes evident that the author is incapable of expressing frustration, arousal, anger, boredom, excitement, depression or disgust in any other way.
Lastly, the voice of Persephone should not have been done by another reader, it was poorly done and was only distracting.
All I can say is that I’m glad it’s over.
