A book to live by!
Eye opening, educational but mostly fun! Rachel speaks some home truths that I really needed to hear. I'll be listening to this again as usually listened to this whilst driving so couldn't participate in the activities

Take control of your life!
Whilst very little of what Rachel shares here was new to me, the sassy way she delivers it made we want to leap out of my chair and actually put things into practice! A brilliant listen if you want to get out of your own way and achieve something in your life.

Amazing and life inspiring for me!
I have found my spirit animal, my inspiration and personality doppelgänger in Rachel and it has inspired me to uplevel yet again and pursue my own goals as an author, speaker and all round badass. When I grow up, I want to be Rachel Hollis!
