Damn, hit me hard but glad i listened 😄

Don't wanna put any spoilers here but i definately feel like i was personally attacked in this book haha but in a good way though. Guess im gonna have to get off my ass and start doing these mind over matter techniques everyday, stress is usually a problem for me but i tried them while i listened to the book and i feel like ive been feeling way less pent up than usual. It's only been a few days of practice but i feel like I'm more on track with my purpose in life, thanks sophie, glad i added this to my collection
