Summary
This story takes place primarily on the frontier of southwestern Pennsylvania during the American Revolution. Journey to that time and paddle a birchbark canoe alongside a platoon of American militiamen, guardians of their corner of the world. A unique group of men, expert woodsmen of French and Native descent, the Chapeaux Brun, known by the British as the Brown Hats. They are led by one of the most accomplished frontiersmen of the time who wants desperately to believe in the promise of America.
On the opposite side, you will ride on horseback with a group of expert fighters, British Army dragoons, Company C of the Queen’s Rangers. Young men from New York, New Jersey, and Canada, led by an English-Welch officer, an honorable man, and a strong leader. He is a rebel in his own right, weary of war, who cares deeply about his men and longs for the day when he can retire to his farm near Hereford, England.
Frontier Warriors, an exciting sequel to Paul Larsh An Original Frontiersman, is more than a story of war. It is a tale of courage, faith, love, honor, and redemption. A story of passionate and resilient men and women living life to its fullest on the unforgiving frontier of late 18th-century North America.
