Summary
Nicholas and his crew escape the frying pan only to find themselves thrust into the fire. Forced to choose between an unsavory alliance and imprisonment, they’re about to be pushed deeper into the crucible with no idea who or what to trust.
The only thing they know for sure is that no one expects them to survive....

Pour storyline
Author puts too much accent on fighting scenes, shooting scenes and ships battle ( which are best described visually) …. Leaving characters and plot secondary… witch doesn’t feel good for a book(audio book) characters are not very well developed, I am having a hard time remembering the names or the personalities of the subjects most beloved character is the small bot Dough and maybe max becouse of the stupid laugh…. Story wise very pure author uses multi universes and time travel to scrap inconsistencies and doesn’t develop neither the history of the species or the background of the main story, this books are all about shooting tentacle monsters and far fetched magic nano technology, nothing new nothing worth remembering or spending time thinking about it ….
