About this listen
Eating has been described as the "most political act we do on a daily basis", with our choices affecting our health, landscape, climate, and economy. Food: What Are We Really Eating? lifts the lid on food production and the dizzying array of food choices we face each time we shop.

Concise but also very informative.
I found this title nice and short but extremely informative at the same time. If you are interested in where our food industry stands today you will not be disappointed with this download. There are a few different narrators and they are all very good. Overall this a very educational and eye opening title.
