Anxiety stripped back and tackled head on.

A frank, revealing account of the authors experiences with anxiety. Starts fluffy, goes deep. Lots of practical techniques for dealing with anxiety, and a philosophical investigation as to why we experience it.

Amazing

This book is so well done, as most of the reviews said, is really an amazing book. As a person with anxiety, this book helped me so much to understand more about this beast. It is a really must read book.

A Truly inspiring story about mental health

I have enjoyed this book immensely. The story is personal and raw. Recommend to anyone suffering from depression and anxiety it has helped me the take steps to take care of myself and to also feel lonely in what someone's can feel like a battle field.

Beautiful and inspiring

Loved this book and wanted to read it for a long time. Sarah is so generous and giving of herself and her experiences which gives such comfort to all anxiety sufferers. The book is so eloquently, beautifully and cleverly put together. Highly recommend.

Great insight for fellow anxious beasts

Loved it. So helpful. I've always seen my anxiety as my life's burden. Sarah has helped me see that it has its gifts. I'll definitely come back to listen again and learn to trust my inner compass more. Thanks Sarah x
