Summary

All's fair in love and war, or so they say. Sometimes you have to play dirty to win.

Kevlar

Never thought of myself wanting one woman. But there she is, and she’s unlike any other. I had her in my bed once, but then I screwed up. She’s stubborn and refuses to listen to reason.

She’s also a fighter.

When things happen and I find she’s not exactly who she claims to be, I have to make things right before it's too late. Even if it means getting down and dirty to do it.

I’ve no problem getting bloody if it means she survives what’s to come.

Fighting Rosemary

This book was ok, I finished it and it was a decent romance read but I felt it was very slow and drawn out and very predictable. A decent 3 star read.

Decent

This didn't fully connect with me and I honestly think it might have been a wrong time wrong place thing. I might give this author another chance.

Great start to the series!

The start of the Devil's Riot MC Mississippi is off to an action packed start. Rosemary and Kevlar had a steamy night together, and the two cannot stop thinking of each other. But Rosemary has disappears and now he is looking for her. Banded together with her father's club, they find and retrieve her. But it's not the end of her kidnapping. Danger is lurking, and now Kevlar is going to do whatever it takes to keep her safe and make her his. This is a bit dark, packed with action and love. The club was there, ready, willing and able to help showing that they are a family. It's a fantastic start to the series.

Veronica Harder and DB West are perfectly cast for this story. Harder is strong and determined as Rosemary. She is a tough character, truly broken, and her voice brings out her emotions. West is the alpha male in Kevlar, ready to attack and protect. His voice is gravely and perfect for this role. This is an enjoyable listen and fun escape.
