Summary

"'My wife watches Dr. Phil...not even Doctor Phil can fix this".

When Deputy Ron Farmer pulls over a car for a routine traffic stop, he never expected to find that two escape convicts had taken a family of four hostage, and that his 17-year-old daughter would inadvertently be drawn into the precarious situation.

If you enjoyed shows like Dexter, the film Secret in Their Eyes, or psychological thrillers with a twist or two, then you’ll love the Farmerville series.

Farmerville

Farmerville Episode One Till Those Cows Come Home
This is a very good story. A wealth of interesting characters including a good cop and his family, a couple of escaped convict's and a very strange farming family with plenty of secrets to hide. It is well written and well paced. There are some very gruesome parts and it's not for the weak stomached. I found it to be gripping from the very start and listened to it in 1 sitting but as it is only just over an hour long that isn't difficult. Paul J McSorley does a brilliant job with the narration and voices each character differently so it's easy to tell who is speaking.
I was kindly given a copy of the book by the author and leave this honest review.

farmer

I enjoyed the narration of Paul J McSorley, who brings out the actions and mystery.

This book has murder, action and twists. When a Deputy Ron Farmer stops a car for a routine stop, he is taken by surprise to find that two escape convicts had taken a family of four hostage. Worse yet his own daughter has been drawn into the situation. The family involved have there own secrets.
