About this listen

How far would you go to save what you thought you’d lost during the apocalypse?

After learning her father is alive, going with Heath had seemed like a no-brainer to Rowan. Her dad was all she had left, after all. The only remaining piece of the life she’d loved so much. But their reunion doesn’t go quite the way she expected it to, and Rowan finds herself alone and uncertain, making her wish she’d taken the time to think things through before making a decision that might cost her so much.

Kiaya has always been logical and resourceful, and she’s confident if she and Devon work together, they’ll be able to figure out a way to get Rowan back. But there’s trouble brewing in the group, making Kiaya question who she can trust. Even worse, she can’t help wondering if staying at the school is the right decision at all.

Between the zombies walking the earth, the wildfire that shows no signs of stopping, and dangerous survivors lurking both in town and in their very own halls, it feels like the whole world is out to get them. Still, Kiaya is determined to not only save Rowan, but to also figure out a way to keep everyone she cares about safe.

Great Read

Far From Lost (Far #3) was a great read by Kate L. Mary. Rowan found out that her father was alive and will whatever she could to get back to him especially since he is all she has left. Unfortunately for her, everything doesn’t go as she expected when she finds him. She wishes that she didn’t make an impulsive decision and thought things through. Kiaya is sure that her and Devon can figure out how to get Rowan back if they work together. Kiaya will do whatever she can in order to keep the important people around her safe. I loved Kelley Hazen’s narration and the life she brought back to the characters. I cant wait to read more by the author.

Fantastic!

This book caught my attention right from the start, the characters and story completely enthralled me. I didn't think I would like Rowan much but it wasn't long until I was soon wrapped up in Rowan & Kaia's partnership and appreciating how they complimented each other. I'm still shocked at the ending, but can't wait for book 2, I really enjoyed Nicole Jones's narration.

Far from over but I was far from done.

I received this audiobook via promo code and this is my honest voluntary review.

Naomi Rose-Mock did a fantastic job on narration here.

Book 3 of the Far From series... but definitely check out the Broken World series while diving in to Rowan, Kaiya and Devons story. I enjoyed diving back in to the Star Zombie Armagedon after reading Angus (still in therapy for that one...). Something about Kate L Mary's zombiverse just hits me in all the happy places. I am glad to know that there will be a continuation of this universe in Far From Over following Rowen and Kaiya. I suspect this will include more of Matt and Zara as Devon&Rowen have become an official item. What I loved about this book was getting to see Kaiyas perspective this time and her tough girl chic with a cooler head to Rowens impulsive nature.
