Summary
This isn't how my life is supposed to end.
Then again, a case of mistaken identity got me here. No one is ever who we think they are. Especially my kidnapper, a man whose entire life is designed to deceive.
Powerful people want my rescuer to die. I'm just a lure. A pawn. An object.
But objects hold meaning. Emotions attach themselves without logic.
Like love.
I now know that Duff will do everything to protect me.
If he gets here in time. And if I can hold on long enough.
Because my body can only handle so much. Pushed to the limits, it's finally giving out. Giving way.
Giving up.
I know Duff, though.
He never will.
Blink.
Listen to the stunning conclusion to USA Today best-selling author Meli Raine’s False series, told from both Lily and Duff’s points of view.

Wow
This one, the ending just wow. It was intense and fast paced and one that I could not put down. This is a series that I would love to revisit in the near future as I think i might find little things that i missed in the first one. Definitely a fantastic series

Contemporary Conspiracy Thriller
The 3rd and final part of the 'False' trilogy, False Start, is a contemporary conspiracy suspense thriller.
This audiobook picked up immediately from where part 2 finished from a cliffhanger ending, with Lily again in peril. As the story builds to its conclusion, we begin to understand more about 'stateless' and its operatives, and how this has influenced the lives of Duff and Lily.
There was plenty of angst throughout this audiobook as the story came to its conclusion. The final installment was a dual narration which I really enjoyed.

Thrilling conclusion to this series
As the relationship between Duff and Lily develops, they become dragged into dangerous conflicts with the secret organisation comprising of 'stateless ' agents.
It is a well written story, and I can't wait to delve into the follow-up storyline about Duff's brother, Wayne.

DNF
I think I got to the stage around halfway through we I realised it was enough already. I mean how much are you going to throw at a character?? Didn’t feel the connection between Lily and Duff and didn’t really care what happened to them
