About this listen
The economy has taken a turn for the worse, and Hank is working as a part-time gravedigger (and more than part-time graverobber). Despite being an expert shoveler, it’s not his top career choice, and he’s anxious to take any "legitimate" criminal work that comes along.
In that vein, he finds himself hired by a mysterious woman who wants him to recover an even more mysterious trunk that was stolen from her mansion. He’s also tasked by the new Adjunct Overwatch to find out who has been tampering with the Upper City. Hank struggles against competitive rivals, government red tape, serial killers, and his ever-present grumbling stomach.
All of this takes place with the backdrop of the Thad Elon Festival. It was put on as a means to drum up tourism revenue for the city. But there’s a concern that the destructive demigod in question might show up in person to take part in the celebration.

Great story, back on trake for Hank
good story, enjoyed it
but annoyed that there didn't seem to be an editor and many lines through the book were repeated sometimes multiple times.

Repeats
Whomever edited this audiobook needs sacking. There are at least ten occasions where a sentence or different take of that sentence is repeated after the original. This greatly distracts from the story. It feels as if Fred Elliott from TV’s Coronation Street is reading it. I said it feels as if Fred Elliott from TV’s Coronation Street is reading it.
