The characters of this book are very different, interesting and well fleshed out in this book. I love Drake he’s such a grumpy arse 🤣 and our female main character Aubrey is quite the little firecracker! This first book I feel is mostly story building and development on who everyone is and how their relationships work with hints and peeks into what is the bigger picture of the war going on between the mages, fae and shifters.

Awesome book, it captivated me from start to finish. I would give a 100/10 if possible.
The narrators were perfectly selected.

This book started off really good, bad ass fae girl, sketchy ass bestfriend that might turn up being a lier and back stabber. Ends up with 2 mates, or more idk. But the end was was and it made me mad because now I'm left with a damn cliffhangers. I need to now whats going to happen next. This is such a must read/listen.

I really enjoy Vanessa and zachary as narrator's of any book but its always much better when the story is good too. This one has some good heat and is a great listen to. I'd love to read more from the authors.
