Way to bust the myth of hypnosis!

Like many people, I was a bit unclear about hypnosis and its benefits. This book offered me to bust the myth while offering practical and guided meditations scattered across the book. It helped me develop my attitude towards food. As a long term benefit, this book will help me develop healthy and mindful goals. Give it a try!

focuses on health

I used to be a personal trainer and gained multiple certifications in nutrition. I very much appreciate that this book focuses on weight loss for health instead fo appearance. Yes, your appearance will change as you lose weight, but the emphasis is always on becoming healthier first. It does not tell you that food is bad or evil, it just encourages you to engage with it in a different way and to figure out what your relationship with it is. This book could be extremely valuable for someone who is looking to lose weight, and has already started an exercise routine, but has a harder time adjusting their diet.

A great 2 in 1

I've been looking for a longer audiobook on meditations and positive affirmations for weight loss, so this was perfect for what I was looking for! I will definitely be referring back to the guided meditations. The mindful eating practices are also easy to understand and follow, so I look forward to seeing the potential benefits there. Lots of great info and content packed into this one!

Very Motivating!!

Beautiful music and inspirational

This inspiring audiobook is a 2 in 1 compilation of both sleep hypnosis and weight loss hypnosis. This is extremely helpful, as gut disturbances readily turn into wider systemic problems, and improving sleep prepares the body to be more receptive to take care of itself.
