Made for people with personalities like mine!!

I am nervous about getting a professional to hypnotize me. In this audiobook the author guides you through sessions and the author picked the perfect person to voice her book. The person was very calming. Not only that but the core principles in this book can be applied to many applications. As an example a person could use it to build confidence. In my opinion, books like this are a blessing to society.
