What if you knew WHEN, WHERE, & HOW anyone would die?

I enjoyed the story which is very nicely wrapped up. The narration is okay, but from 3 characters' perspective this book would immensely benefit from an additional narrator or two, or a narrator that has excellent distinctive voice characteristics.
