This book is helpful! It teaches me how to eat healthy foods that give lots of energy. Easy to understand and has lots of good tips. I think it's a great book for anyone who wants to feel more awake and alert.

Fun and easy to follow
I really enjoyed this audiobook. The book is well written, and the remedies really do work. I feel so much better. Was less energy drinks, which I know my body will be thankful for. No more afternoon slump
Great audiobook if want information on medicinal plants. The suggestions are practical, and I actually learned why certain foods were leaving me wiped out. I'm going to be Swapping a few things in my routine to see what kind of difference they make. What I loved most was it wasn’t overwhelming or preachy, just really actionable. Highly recommend if you’re tired of feeling tired!
