Great for impressing chicks
I'll be honest, all I ever wanted to do with the guitar is pick up girls. I want the groupies without having to be in a band. So I try to impress them with my mad shredding skills... and it's not working.
All kidding aside, this is a really useful practice tool because it supplements any theory or tabs that you're learning.
It really cuts through the noise (no pun intended) and gives you a handy reference guide to the essential chords for playing popular songs.

Helpful and Practical!
The book "Essential Chords and Scales for Guitar he Secrets You Need to Play Almost Every Popular Song Ever Written' is helpful and practical for learning how to play guitar.
I don't play guitar but I had loved to play it as a young person, how I wish I had got hold of this audio book to get me started.The book teaches on the chords that will help play most of the songs. The book gives essential scales and modes.
I dont play guitar but my son found it very helpful and easy to follow.

Fantastic!
Nick has a super way of making you feel relaxed and at ease. We all learn at different speeds, and with NIck's help, I've been able to not only memorize my favourites but also gain some confidence with my guitar playing. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Nick play as well, as this helped me to see if I was doing it correctly too. Loved this! Thank you... this is now my guitar "go-to" :)

Very Helpful
I have always liked the idea of playing the guitar but I easily gave up in my first lesson because it was too tricky and no real progress was being made. I found this book to be very helpful because of how easy it is to follow and the narrator managed to play his guitar in the audiobook which gave me a good indicator to whether I was playing along correctly. So if you are looking to learn to play your favourite songs on a guitar with little to no experience, give this a listen because it is certainly useful!
