A riveting listen!
What a story - fascinating and compelling. What a tangled web of deceit, brilliantly unravelled in this tale of real life espionage. Superbly narrated by Rosamund Pike. Particularly compelling is the contrast between the picture of comfortable family and community life and the underlying and constant threat to our western way of life posed by a ruthlessly dedicated Russian regime.

Great listen
My husband and I love a good podcast and this was a great find. The story sounds like something from a movie , its unbelievable but also very disturbing to understand how robotic and ruthless Vladimir and Lydia Guryev were in their goal to serve Russia at the expense of the friends and loved ones they had built their lives around.

A riveting listen.
I loved this show and played it while waiting for a dismally delayed flight. The 5 hour delay was made so much more bearable by having this true life spy thriller to listen to. Rosamund’s voice is very easy on the ear and added to the enjoyment of this original.
People associated with the case are interviewed and I liked all the different perspectives they gave. Really well researched and analysed. A spellbinding listen!

I hadn’t realised the interconnection to more recent UK events until the end. Well worth a listen.
