A great pick me up for teens

This book says all the right things that teenagers need to hear. There are some great strategies for reducing stress and being confident in decision making. Teens today are faced with so many factors that I did not have to deal with and it is difficult to provide guidance in those situations. There is a great deal of discussion about anxiety over a variety of topics from acceptance to social media and all the issue between. The tone of the book is encouraging and was an easy listen. I work with young people on a regular basis so got this book to better connect with them on this issue.

Awesome skills to learn early

Wow, like many people who will read/listen to this book, I wish I had it sooner. All of the skills discussed in this book are things that I am only really now beginning to master in my early 30s. I think back to my teen years and how valuable a book like this would be for giving me a great headstart. If you are a teenager, or the parent of one, I recommend grabbing this book and gaining a huge edge on everyone struggling with anxiety and stress, as well as just living a more confident life.
