Fair Information provided
Good recipes. Some of the amounts don't quite jive, but if you have experience cooking you'll be able to make the proper adjustments. The authors do a magnificent job walking the listeners through these "truths".

Helpful Book!
So good audiobook. It brings replaces many of the lies we tell ourselves with scriptural truth. I recommend this for everyone. I liked this audiobook and would advise it to anyone who needs such type of information.

This book provides a great way of instruction
I love this audiobook, it is one of the few meal prep audiobooks that taught me something new. I use a lot of the recipes now. Now I'll apply what I listening in this book to start having a more positive life.

There is a great deal with this book
This was for my boyfriend who hates and doesn't know how to cook. This explains how to store food, and the basics of meal prepping. This author speaks frankly and the methods are comfortable and easy to understand.

Great Book!
