🎧 AUDIO REVIEW 🎧
🌟🌟🌟🌟
I loved Nash, but he was too hard on himself.
I loved the friends to lovers and I loved all the different angles the author gives to the story. I like that it not straight forward.
I thought Maddie and Nash was perfect for each other as they where so similar in way but also different in others.
At points I thought Maddie was naive but I still thought she was great character.
I am really excited for the future books in this series

Maddie & Nash!
Oh, Catherine Cowles, I love your writing style. Each book so good, capturing my heart and keeping me on the edge of my seat! Just enough to keep the story at a high heart rate, either with suspense or love, she always delivers characters that touch my soul. This is a friends to lovers story that will resonate with me for a while. Nash and Maddie were best friends since they were 5. Always the person she turned to, Nash was the shoulder she relied on. . But life takes turns, and now she is returning back to Cedar Grove, leaving her fiance behind. No one knows she is back, not even Nash. By design she wants to remain under the wire. Nash does find out, and when he finds out the reason, his instincts kick in. The feelings he knew to be true come out full force, and now his protective side is there to keep her safe. Maddie knows she has always loved Nash. But as the danger gets closer to home, will their love be enough? Fantastic characters with layers that need to be peeled away. A bevy of emotions to prepare for, from fear to frustration to love. It's all there, and I was captivated. It's a fantastic book and a great addition to the Lost and Found series.
Making it even better is the narration team of Erin Mallon and Jason Clarke. You can't get better than this! Both of these talents fall into character, pulling me in and keeping me there. I was entranced by Nash with Clarke's warm tones, and rooting for Maddie as Mallon played out all her emotions. Amazing, exciting and loving, these two brought it all.

Amazing book
Omg this story nearly wrecked me. The emotions it evoked were heartbreaking at times. Nash and Maddie are the quintessential friends who won’t spoil their friendship but love each other but never acknowledge it. Their story is one of ups and downs but throughout is their Unbreakable loyalty and love of each other. Always having the others backs where possible. Maddie’s life was absolutely awful and she relied on Nash and his family but pride plays a part and when she returns she lets Nash in to all she’s going thro. This book had so many twists and turns the suspense was immense. Wonderful story I cannot wait for the next book now. Wonderful narration too.

Another fantastic book in this addictive series.
After the rip-roaring start to this series with Whispers of You, we are treated to more romance full of feelings with a side of suspense. Just how I like my romances. Catherine has this unique way of crafting stories that are sweet and small-town one minute then raging psych0path the next. It’s a gift, and I lapped up this story quick-smart. When you add in Erin and Jason, this audiobook is a no-brainer.
Set in a small town with a fiercely protective family and a friendship that started in kindergarten, this romance will steal your heart. Both Maddie and Nash have hidden their feelings from each other forever and with windows into their past we see how Nash has always been Maddie’s safe space. After recent events send Maddie running home, Nash is there ready to shield her from all the bad stuff. We see how their hidden love is set off like a match to tinder.
You can always count on Erin and Jason to deliver the goods and they didn’t disappoint. Between Erin’s emotional performance and Jason’s deep, possessive embodiment of Nash, you just can’t go wrong with this audiobook. I loved being back with this family and it’s no mean feat voicing so many side characters but these guys smashed it.
If you are looking for a romance with some psych0s thrown in for good measure, look no further. ECHOES OF YOU has it all⏤family, community, friendship, love, suspense, drama, spice, and a touch of psych0. Grab it now, you won’t be sorry you did.

Swoony Sweet Friends to Lovers
“𝑰 𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒉𝒊𝒎 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒚𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒆𝒍𝒔𝒆.”
Catherine Cowles has done it again. At this point, I’ve come to expect a beautifully written story that will bring on all the feels. Nash and Maddie, childhood friends to lovers so of course that angst was impossibly thick. These two had that everybody knows but them or rather Maddie going on. Their feelings were tangible to the point that they didn’t even have to tell anyone. You could see it, feel it, it was undeniable. The chemistry was smoking. Maddie has her reasons for wanting to keep a low profile. But, in a small town, there’s no such thing. Nash has loved Maddie for as long as he can remember and there wasn’t a thing he wouldn’t do for his Maddie. I loved the way he loved her. He was a mix of cinnamon roll sweet but deadly alpha. He wouldn’t hesitate to take down anyone who even dares to think about hurting her in any way. The way he anticipated her needs and the thoughtfulness, cue the swoon.
Now, a Catherine Cowles story wouldn’t be a Catherine Cowles story without some mystery to keep me on my toes and my heart racing a bit. Nash and Maddie’s hea was a hard fought and well deserved one. I couldn’t help but cheer like crazy for these two, the way Catherine had my heart dropping a couple times. I love the nuggets left about future couples to come. The small town camaraderie, the way everyone rallies around each other. There’s so much more awaiting in Cedar Ridge and I already can’t wait to be back for the next story.
Oh but the cherry on this delicious cake is two of my favorites Jason Clarke and Erin Mallon on the audio. Their performance was absolute perfection and my ears delighted every second of my listen.

Catherine’s stories just get better and better
This was an amazing story from start to finish. Like with all of Catherine’s stories, Echoes of You was extremely emotional and heartbreaking at times, but it was also packed with so much drama and suspense, it was hard to put it down. The twists and turns definitely had me on the edge of my seat, desperate to see what happened next.
Erin Mallon and Jason Clarke did a wonderful job in bringing the characters of Maddie and Nash to life, though I didn’t expect anything less. The way these two can pull you into a story with their interpretations of these characters is nothing less than amazing.
The writing, the story, and the narration of the characters had me hooked from the very start. I couldn’t not give this story 5⭐️
I can’t wait for the next instalment in the series.

A fabulous narrating duet
I honestly don’t know how she does it but Catherine Cowles is rapidly becoming the Queen of romantic suspense in my eyes. You don’t just read her books but fall head first into them with each new release better than the last. Echoes of You finds Nash Hartley reuniting with his childhood best friend Maddie when she returns home to Cedar Ridge after a bad breakup but danger has followed her.
This emotional and heartfelt tale has everything I love in a book – a small town setting, drama, suspense, amazing characters with sizzling chemistry and a healthy dose of angst and it had me engrossed from the opening chapters. The love Maddie and Nash shared was so apparent to everyone but themselves, both hesitant to make the first move and confess the depth of their feelings in case they lost the friendship that meant so much to them both.
With the dream team of Erin Mallon and Jason Clarke narrating you can’t possibly go wrong and both gave fantastic performances infusing every ounce of pain and emotion into the characters of Maddie and Nash in Echoes of You. Both have voices that make for easy listening and I definitely would have no hesitation in recommending this audiobook.

Great Audio adaptation!
Echo’s of you from the Lost & Found Series.
A fabulous narration by both Erin Mallon and Jason Clarke, this is one of my favourite pairings for narrating.
Nash and Maddie are childhood best friends both hiding their true feelings in fear they will destroy their friendship.
Catherine’s covers several hard topics from childhood abuse to domestic abuse in this one.
Maddie and Nash rekindle their strained friendship after Maddie returns home, escaping a domestic relationship. This opens a whole can of worms between the couple when the past comes flooding back, brining trouble with it for all.
Definitely looking forward to more from this series, Grae and Caden I expect to explosive, need to know Aspens story, we all want Lawsons HEA and Roan, well I can’t wait for his.

All the feels💗
ALL THE FEELS…seriously like edge of your seat…like I KNOW Catherine wouldn’t do that to us…feels!
There is nothing sweeter or more heartwarming than a well written friends to lovers. And Echoes of You is so very heartwarming…though you may want to smack Nash for being stubborn😑. But he truly loves Maddie from the depths of his soul…and he proves it with words & actions!!
OMG! Maddie! I don’t think I’ve ever needed a heroine to get her HEA & justice so much. She is such a fighter and I love that she got her spark back when she moved back home🥰
💕fave quotes📖
“You okay?”
“Yeah. I do feel…lighter.”
Nash grinned. It wasn’t his typical full-wattage smile, but it was something. “That’s the feeling of losing two hundred pounds of db.”—-he’s not lying🤣🤣
“You definitely gave the knitting club a thrill, all right.” “Those ladies are a bunch of dirty birds. Did you know that Darlene still pinches my butt every time she sees me and says, ‘If you put it out there, I’m going to break me off a piece.’?”—-😂😂
“I’ve always loved you. Maybe even before I met you. I loved you when we were little kids and awkward pre-teens and when I finally realized what that emotion might mean. I loved you when we graduated high school and through college and every day since. Even when you were gone, the echoes of you still lived inside me, and I would play them over and over in my mind just so I wouldn’t lose the sound. I’ve loved you in every incarnation, and that will never end.”—-I mean…💗

Outstanding Story & Narration🎧 Mesmerizing & Emotional
Catherine Cowles never ceases to amaze me, not only with her wonderful writing style but with the impressive stories she creates, original stories that move you like no other and are captivating from start to end. I love how much heart she puts into her stories, you can feel the emotions pouring off the pages straight to your own heart. I also love how real she keeps it, her characters have flaws and deal with issues that are relatable. It is great to be back in Cedar Ridge for this second book for the “Lost & Found” series, Nash and Maddie’s story, a childhood friends to lovers romance, a romantic suspense, one that keeps you thinking and scenes that will bring you to the edge of your seat. Maddie moved away from Cedar Ridge with her fiancé Adam, thinking he was the love of her life, but she was so wrong not only about being in love, it turns out Adam was not the person she thought he was, instead he was controlling and abusive to her. She had to courage to leave and go back home to Cedar Ridge, not to her family home, which was another terrible situation, but arranged a rental cabin instead and she did this without even contacting her friend Nash. Nash was a little upset when he heard she was back and had not called him, but once they saw each other, all was forgiven and they caught up with each other quickly. Once Nash finds out what Adam had done to her, he goes into protective mode and when she gets calls from him, she knows trouble is heading her way. But Adam is not her only problem, her parents are no better and have animosity towards her too. Nash is dealing with some rogue locals too, and it seems like Adam uses them to his favor. I loved the complexity of the characters and the layers and depth of this wonderfully plotted story, a story with the perfect balance of drama, heartfelt emotions, some angst, mystery, thrilling suspense and a romance that was years in the making. Catherine Cowles, thank you for another amazing story and emotional rollercoaster ride.
🎧📚🎧 And for the wonderful narration, Jason Clarke and Erin Mallon were the perfect cast to bring these characters to life, and they did so with a complete understanding of who they were portraying and were believable in every role they played. Mallon nailed it as Maddie grasping all sides of her personalities, from her vulnerable side to her strengths and determination. Clarke as Nash was perfection, swoon worthy perfection, he too grasped all sides of his personality, from his kind, caring to his fierce, hot headed protective side. Both were fabulous performing the roles of the secondary characters too. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the character’s emotions and projected them into their performance, having you feel every single one. These versatile voice artists are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another amazing listen.
